Orders

We request personal information from you on our purchase order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). When you proceed to check out via credit card, you are redirected to a third party financial website, such as Paypal. When you are redirected, you leave our website and any subsequent information given on these other sites is now protected by that website’s respective privacy policy. We cannot access information given to another site, nor is it our responsibility to protect it; the collection and use of your information falls under the control of the site it was submitted on.

If you opt to make payments via check, then we will request a physical check be sent to our office in order to process your order. Any personal bank information related to or found on the check will not be reproduced, shared, or sold to anyone. Checks will only be handled by those who manage billing and customer orders. They will be safely secured until they are deposited. Any information requested during the purchasing process is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use your contact information to notify you.
